How to Order: adding items to my cart
- To add an item to your shopping cart simply click on the
icon next to the item in the catalogue. This will add the item to your
cart and then bring you back to the same page.
- To view your cart click on the
icon (usually found at the top or bottom of the page). From here you
can adjust the quantity of an item(s) and then either return to the
catalogue or continue on to confirm your order.
- Reset cart? - clicking 'reset cart' clears any changes you
have made to your cart since the shopping cart page has loaded. Any
items previously added will not be lost.
- Empty cart? - clicking 'empty cart' literally empties the
cart of all added items.
How to Order:
payments
We are currently able to take your order in one of two ways:
- Online via the PayPal
secure server     .
- By Email - you will be invoiced electronically from where you
can pay using cheque, postal order, or direct transfer.
The process of adding items to your cart and collating your order is
exactly the same for the these two payment options. Once you have confirmed
your order you can select either of the above.
Post &
Packaging
We currently ship all our products using Royal Mail - 1st Class and charge
a flat rate of £2.50 which covers both postage and packaging..
Products out of
stock & Requests
If a product is out of stock (it will have a
icon next to it in the catalogue), you can request that we let you know when it will be available. This can be done whilst placing an order, or
can be done separately. To do this...
- Add products that you would like to request by adding them to your shopping cart, as
normal (see How to Order: adding items to my cart
above).
- Click on

- When you have finished adjusting your cart, click on the [ confirm
order ] link.
- Click on the [ email order ] link.
